About LocLedger
LocLedger is a record book. It tracks the things every Sisterlocks-trained loctician already keeps in her head, in her phone camera roll, in a notebook by the chair: who's due for a retie, what products worked last time, how the locs are progressing, who's drifted from their normal interval.
It exists because the existing tools — POS systems, calendars, generic salon apps — were built for hair industries that look nothing like ours. None of them know what a retie schedule is. None of them care about growth-tracking photos. None of them flag when a regular client suddenly stretches her interval.
What it is
- A private, single-loctician record book.
- A Square sync that fills the appointment side automatically.
- A photo timeline organized by client, grouped by session.
- A drift detector that watches your own historical patterns.

- A multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- A booking site for clients to discover you.
- A marketing tool that sells your client list.
- A replacement for Square — it works alongside it.
About the name
"LocLedger" is a provisional working title. The final brand name is in development. This project is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the federally registered Sisterlocks® mark — the term appears here only in its descriptive, nominative-fair-use sense to identify the practice this tool is built for.
